Good location from Alpensia Ski Resort and nearby restaurants. There is also a convenience store in hotel building. Good place to rest but not excellent for relaxation.

They only provided 1 bath towel per room despite asking for extra. We are three in each room. It was difficult to dry ourselves with the small towels provided after showering because we are all girls with long hair.

Shuttle bus to Mona Yongpyong ski area is within 1min walking distance.

You have to check carefully with the electric box which sometimes might short circuit.

I've been travelling in Asia since December and have stayed in at least 42 rooms. This is the best value accommodation I have stayed in. The room was very clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed. The room I was in even had a full-sized fridge & a washing machine. It is right in the centre of town; a short walk to the bus station. You can catch a free shuttle bus to Yongpyong ski resort from very nearby. The reception were helpful & friendly and the cleaning staff superb.

Nothing - I could not fault the place. It was much better than far more expensive places I have stayed in.(The price may be lower because it's the end of the winter season...I don't know).

I totally enjoyed my stay here in AM hotel. The hotel services are superb and the staffs here are kind and easy to communicate. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my future visit!

The room is super clean and the shower was delightful. The bed is so comfortable, especially with the awesome linens.

I picked this hotel, because of how close it was to YongPyong ski resort. Driving up to the hotel I could see the resort, so I knew I had picked a place that was absolutely close enough. After arriving, I told them that I would be headed to the ski area, but could I pick up my key, even though it was before check-in, and they allowed me to have my key. I then asked about local ski shops, for a rental, and they gave me a discount coupon to a local shop. Everyone was super polite, and super helpful!

My room had a sofa, which was a nice touch, but it was very hard. The room also had a kettle to boil water, and two coffee cups, but no coffee. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that didn’t at least offer coffee. Maybe the room included coffee in the café, but I was never told anything about that, and ended up going to a café offsite on my way to the ski area in the morning.

Perfect location to visit nearby ski resorts. Located in center of the village. Sorts of stores and restaurants nearby. Room equipped with kitchen, fridge, laundry machine. Rooms cleaned every day with towels and sheets exchanging. Perfect to stay for long time.

Parking elevator can't accept RV, but have outside parking lot. Rent of the kitchenware is for fee.

Booked for a ski trip. It's located 10-15 mins away from Yongpyeong ski resort by car. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value. They have car elevators for parking. We will be coming back for our next ski trip.

The room has a kitchen but doesn't have a single kitchen tool at all. It was disappointing when they said we had to pay 20,000 won extra for kitchen utensils.

Everything else was perfect.

The heating inside the room was too hot. Even when you turn down the temperature, it automatically goes back to 25 degrees. You aee also unable to switch it off completely.
